The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. Although the carpet was questionable. The bed was super comfortable, but the walls aren’t not very soundproof. Could hear a couple next to me. Very nice and safe area with lovely restaurants and cafés all around and some shopping. Very convenient to be able to hop on the train and see the Eiffel Tower along with many other beautiful features of Paris.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Chatillon Paris Montparnasse. Location was quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Easy asscess by public transportation. Overall, it was great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Paris.

This hotel is located in a very quiet, non-touristic area in Paris, which we love! Nice rooms that are well equipped. Most of all, very quiet!

Nice quiet location in the cener of the city. Cossy atmosphere, clean rooms and bathrooms. My comunication with the staff was not very sucessful before I came, so the hotel exceded my expectations.

It was not located at a busy road. Quite calm. The breakfast is of good quality for the price. The room is a bit old but clean. There were no spots, molt or bad smell. The city center is fairly reachable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clear communication. Reachable by phone also. 24/7 staff at the entrance.

The facility was a cute hotel with a very Parisian atmosphere. All the front staff are also very nice. The nearest station, Alesia, is on line 4 from Gare du Nord, making it very convenient without changing trains. There is a big Carrefour nearby, which is very convenient. It's a safe area.

The location was close enough to the station, but also far enough that it didn't disrupt your nights to rest. They also had a few cafes outside if you'd prefer to explore for food options. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with concerns, considering it was a last-minute booking. The hotel room was clean, warm, and very spacious.

Rooms are too small and the bath stinks so bad. The entire hotel smells so bad and couldn’t even stay there. Bad experience.

Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Better suited to a single person or couple. Definitely not for a family.

They were so nice, and they gave us a box of free chocolates on Christmas day. We would definitely come back. Great connection by bus from Paris Orly airport!!

Clean, comfortable, warm and cosy, staff were very helpful. Turned up last minute with my toddler and it wasn’t an issue. They even got us a cot for the next night. They provided warm milk for her too upon request a few times for no extra charge

It was clean and the room was comfy enough..they helped us in storing the luggage.
